European multinational luxury fashion house ‘Dior’ is ready to hold its next fashion show at the Gateway of India in Mumbai on March 30 – making it the first brand to conduct its major standalone show in India. Moreover, creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri will also be featuring Dior’s 2023 pre-fall collection at the monument by the end of this month.
The show will feature evening coats, silk dresses, and skirts inspired by saris that reflects traditional Indian silhouettes.

Maria said ” fashion is more than just spending time on the runway, and I am doing this show for love of this country, and how much they support my creativity.”
She also said that her show in India also means to celebrate the country’s much-appreciated heritage in embroidery and showcase how creative it is in the fashion world.
